Just as doctors give different medicine for people with different illnesses, Buddha gave different teachings for people with different problems and capacities. Each of Buddha’s teachings show us how to transform our lives through improving the capacity of our minds. Join in to learn:
· How to cultivate inner peace through meditation
· How to apply Buddha’s teachings in your daily life
· How to make your life happy and meaningful
Classes will be based on the twenty-one meditation practices found in the book The New Meditation Handbook. While regular attendance for this series is recommended, everyone is welcome to drop in for an individual class at any time.
