The Lamrim takes us step-by-step through 21 carefully crafted meditations that lead to happiness and reduce painful thoughts and feelings. They help enhance self-confidence, empathy, or contentment; or overcome distractions, anger, or depression. By practicing these meditations in conjunction with one another we will notice our minds becoming healthier, stronger and finally enlightened.
