In this three session retreat we'll engage in a sequence of meditations on affectionate love, cherishing love, and wishing love. By familiarizing ourselves with love in meditation, it becomes easier to maintain warm and friendly feelings toward others in our daily lives.

All sessions free for members. Non-members: $10 per session, or $25 for all three
