Breaking Bad Habits

We all have habits we want to break - ways of thinking and behaving that cause us pain and problems, and which can hurt ourselves and others. Sometimes it feels as though it's almost impossible to break free.

Buddha taught the causes of our painful habits and how to let go. Through personal observation and training we can develop the skills to recognize our painful habits, and learn to apply methods to find inner peace and freedom.
In this course, we continue our journey through the precious text How to Understand the Mind. These classes are suitable for everyone, including beginning meditators.
