Meditation and Freedom From Painful Emotions

Can we even begin to Imagine a life completely free from anger and jealousy and desirous attachment and all the other painful states of mind that cause us so much suffering? With a well-targeted meditation practice, we can absolutely diminish (and even extinguish) these toxic minds.

In this series, we will explore Buddha’s teachings and apply them to understand what it is that makes these painful minds tick. We will discover how it is that they arise, and in so doing learn the methods to completely eliminate them from our mind. These practical methods will help all us all to experience a deep and satisfying mental freedom.

This series is perfect both for those who are new to meditation and for those who wish to delve deeper.
