These classes consist of talks and guided meditations suitable for everyone. The emphasis is on integrating Buddha’s teachings into our lives. Beginners are welcome. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained. If you are attending more than one class per week, consider our membership option at only $70 per month.

When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the mind. If we were to respond to difficult situations with a positive or peaceful mind they would not be problems for us, indeed we may even come to regard them as challenges or opportunities for growth and development. Based upon the inspiring book How to Transform Your Life- A Blissful Journey by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, we will explore basic meditation techniques and Buddha’s advice on how we can reduce our negative states of mind and discover a sustainable source of contentment and peace from within through the practice of meditation.
