Each class includes guided meditation, a talk on a different aspect of meditation and Buddhist philosophy each week, followed by discussion and questions. No experience necessary – just drop in.
Every Weekday lunchtime 12:15-12:45, Guided Meditations Free (By donation)
Sundays 10:30 – noon, Practical Wisdom for a Peaceful and Positive Life with Resident Teacher, Elizabeth Muzyka
Saturday morning class 8:00am -9:00am, Stages of the Path (Buddhist Wisdom) and How To Develop Your Own Meditation Practice
Wednesday Evening Class 7:00-8:30pm, Meditative Adventures with the Subtle Mind
Friday 5:30 – 7:00pm, Buddhist Wisdom for a Peaceful and Positive Life – with a Vegetarian Dinner after class
$15 per class. $75 for a 6 class pass.
$70 for monthly membership which includes all weekly classes and programs

Kadampa Meditation Center – The Hamptons offers introductory meditation classes and courses in Sag Harbor and the East End of Long Island. Our beginners classes include guided meditations, a short practical talk about how to use meditation to solve daily problems, and an opportunity to ask questions and discuss.
Our meditation courses and classes are open to everyone, whatever level of interest or experience, and give people the opportunity to learn more about meditation, Buddhism, and finding peace & happiness from within.
