We are moving to Water Mill in February! Due to our move from now until Feb 1st we will only be holding Sunday classes, 10:30 – 12 noon each week at our current Sag Harbor location. All other usually programmed events will be resumed after we move to Water Mill.

Kadampa Meditation Center – The Hamptons offers introductory meditation classes and courses in Sag Harbor and the East End of Long Island. Our beginners classes include guided meditations, a short practical talk about how to use meditation to solve daily problems, and an opportunity to ask questions and discuss.

Our meditation courses and classes are open to everyone, whatever level of interest or experience, and give people the opportunity to learn more about meditation, Buddhism, and finding peace & happiness from within.

Weekly drop-in classes at Kadampa Meditation Center – The Hampton, Sag Harbor

Everyone is welcome – no experience necessary.

Fridays 5:30 – 6:30pm – Meditations on the Stages of the Path, with Buddhist nun Gen Norden

Saturdays 8 – 9am – Meditation on the Stages of the Path, with Alfred Tuff

MAIN WEEKLY CLASS: Sundays 10:30 – noon  – Practical Wisdom for a Peaceful and Positive Life
Taught by Buddhist nun Gen Norden
$70 for monthly membership which includes all weekly classes and programs
